For no extra charge, Launchbox members also enjoy access to shared spaces and amenities including loading docks, a photo studio, coworking café and kitchen, meeting room, showers, pallet jacks and hand carts, high-speed WiFi, coffee, snacks, printing and copying.

No, each warehouse suite locks individually and you have exclusive access to your space. Each suite is also personalized with the occupant’s logo.

One of the best aspects of cowarehousing is the ability to scale up your workspace as needed. Once you sign a membership agreement for a specific term, you commit to Launchbox for that duration, but you have the option to increase your suite size at any time if there are available units in the facility. Launchbox is typically staffed by our community management team from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, but members have 24/7 access. The building is equipped with electronic access control and security cameras.
Yes, dedicated electric outlets are in place inside each unit and the cost of your electricity is included as part of your membership fee.
Yes, high-speed WiFi Internet is included in your monthly membership. WiFi is available throughout the facility.
Yes, members can utilize two loading docks with levelers that can accommodate trucks and trailers of all sizes as well as a grade-level drive-up bay. Launchbox also provides material handling equipment like pallet jacks and hand carts.
Yes, there is abundant parking for members and guests, and overnight parking for individual work vehicles is permitted. For reserved overnight or fleet parking options, contact our community management team.
No, but members do have the option to augment their warehouse space with fully furnished private offices or standalone office suites collocated in the building for an additional monthly charge.
